The Telegraph has reported that UK officials have warned travelers to remain alert at the possibility of unreported cases of Ebola in Tanzania. The UK government posted the update on the Foreign and Commonwealth Office website, noting that the WHO was investigating reports of the diseases in the country.

Earlier this week, the WHO rebuked the Tanzanian government over reports of hemorrhagic diseases being covered up by the government. The focus of the report is on a doctor who was working in Uganda, had returned home and fallen ill.

At the time of writing, the current Ebola outbreak in the DRC and Uganda is still ongoing with 3198 total cases and 2137 deaths and 995 survivors since August of 2018 according to the WHO.
